Pool Renovation & Outdoor Living in Corinth

Corinth sits just east of Lake Lewisville in the I-35E corridor, a 2000s-era suburb whose yards are now old enough that builder-grade concrete and fencing are due for replacement — with the lake close enough to shape what replaces them.

Working in Corinth

Corinth lands about 34 miles from where our crews start their mornings, deep inside the Denton County territory we treat as local. Around near Lake Lewisville, the projects we see most often fall under pool renovation & outdoor living.

Building codes exist because the failures they prevent are expensive and occasionally dangerous. We build outdoor living and masonry work to pass inspection on the first visit — footing depths, clearances, anchorage — because to-code is the floor of acceptable, not a premium tier.

Old-fashioned isn't the goal — durable is. Where a newer material genuinely outperforms, we use it; where the traditional detail is still the best answer, we keep it. Every outdoor living and masonry spec is chosen on performance, not fashion.

The metro's growth means half our service area is under construction at any moment — which affects material lead times, inspection queues, and even concrete truck availability. We plan outdoor living and masonry timelines against the real market, not the optimistic one.
