Flagstone Patios & Walkways in Lavon

Lavon takes its name from the lake next door, and Lavon Lake defines the town — a boomtown's worth of new rooftops within a few minutes of the water. New-build yards there get planned around weekends spent at the shoreline.

We're based 14 or so miles away in Anna, close enough that Collin County jobs like these get real scheduling priority. Stone thickness matters more than most bids admit — thin material laid over a weak base cracks under point loads no matter how pretty it started. We spec thickness to the traffic the surface will actually carry.

Water is the first thing we look at on any lot — before sketches, before materials. Where does it come from, where does it sit, where should it go? A flagstone patios & walkways project that ignores drainage becomes a drainage project later, so grading away from the foundation is designed in from the first site walk.

Design comes before pricing, because you can't honestly price what hasn't been decided. We work through layout, materials, and phasing on your flagstone patios & walkways project first, then attach real numbers to a real plan — in that order, every time.

Lighting and utilities go in before surfaces close up, not after. Conduit, gas stubs, and drainage sleeves are cheap during flagstone patios & walkways construction and miserable afterward, so we rough in for the future even when today's budget stops short of it.

Utility easements, setbacks, and drainage rules vary town to town across our radius, and they decide what can be built where before design even starts. We check the local rules for flagstone patios & walkways projects up front, because moving a finished structure is nobody's idea of fun.
