The Colony grew up along the Lake Lewisville shoreline and then grew again when Grandscape landed, bringing a wave of new construction to go with its Stewart Peninsula lakefront stock. Much of the city's newest housing came with bare-slab backyards that have never held anything but grass.

We're based 24 or so miles away in Anna, close enough that Denton County jobs like these get real scheduling priority. Column placement makes or breaks a cover — spans set the beam sizes, and beam sizes set the budget. We position posts where the engineering wants them and the sightlines allow them, which is a balance sales brochures never mention.
