Pool Renovation & Repair in The Colony

The Colony grew up along the Lake Lewisville shoreline and then grew again when Grandscape landed, bringing a wave of new construction to go with its Stewart Peninsula lakefront stock. Much of the city's newest housing came with bare-slab backyards that have never held anything but grass.

We're based 24 or so miles away in Anna, close enough that Denton County jobs like these get real scheduling priority. Plaster, quartz, or pebble is a longevity-and-feel decision — plaster is the classic economy, quartz adds hardness and color depth, pebble trades smoothness for the longest service life. We walk owners through all three against their budget honestly.

The base you never see decides how long a project lasts. Excavation depth, fill selection, compaction passes — the invisible half of pool renovation & repair work is where budgets get quietly cut by low bidders, and it's where we refuse to cut ours.

Materials get chosen in person, not from a laminated card. Stone varies pallet to pallet and brick varies run to run, so pool renovation & repair selections happen against real samples — you approve what will actually be installed, not a photograph of something like it.

Matching the house matters more than matching a trend. A pool renovation & repair addition that picks up your home's brick, stone, and rooflines reads like it was always there; one that ignores them reads like an afterthought no matter what it cost.

Photography can't check plumb, level, or compaction — the qualities that decide how pool renovation & repair work performs are exactly the ones a portfolio can't prove. Which is why we'd always rather you walk something we built years ago than scroll something we built last week.
